KIA ORA!

We are in New Zealand! We are very excited to fence, sheer, beekeep, build, dig and play in the dirt - not to mention sail, snorkel, backpack, camp, and beachcomb! Cheerio. Verily, A&W

Mt. Cook to East Coast to Dunedin

This is a lite version of an entry; more pictures than words. Here's the rundown: clouds near Pukaki Lake, kea in flight (alpine parrot), Mueller Hut and Mt. Ollivier views of Mt. Cook, Fidel Castro, Moeraki Boulders sunrise (north of Dunedin), and yellow-eyed penguin - the world's rarest penguin - on the Otago coast. Cheers.

Hey Castro, where'd you score that hot Scandinavian chick...and when did you start doing yoga? Was it after that nasty spill you took on the stairs?

Hi kids
Really enjoying your blog and the last set of pics were fabulous. Dan and I are jealous that we can't see all the fantastic scenery. Will be spending the weekend in Burlington--it's mardi gras weekend for Magic Hat. Today was no school--big nor'easter came in. Got lots of snow. Still snowing.
hugs to you both

Paris-Mom wishes you both a Happy St. Valentine's Day! Sitting in my flat watching the snow. Unable to locate important paperwork in spite of the closeness of the stuff I still possess. Worked through the 'give-aways' in the cellar. Watching more snow. Planning on moving before July. Not sure just where yet, but will know by mid-spring. Alaska, South Carolina, New Hampshire all possibilities. Love the shots of your hairy selves! Also the scenery. One day, I will revisit NZ, AU and DK. Ahhh, sweet plans! Love, Mom
